We will gladly refund merchandise as long as items are in original condition, with tags, and are accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.
We've made online only returns simple and hassle free. Just follow these steps if your COOP merchandise didn't arrive exactly how you expected it.
To return an online purchase, please fill out the return section on your packing slip and send it, along with the item(s) being returned, to the following address:

In the package, please include:
- the item(s) you would like to return
- any tags you have
- the packing slip from your purchase with the return section completed.
If the reason for the return is due to a Coop error, there is no additional charge to the customer. We will send you a mailing label to process the return/exchange. Please log into your account on thecoop.com to initiate the request for a mailing label.
For all other returns, additional charges may apply. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Special Order Items (merchandise shipped directly from our vendor partners) and Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged.
Place a new order for the replacement item. This is the best and fastest way to ensure you will get the item you want before it sells out! When we receive your original items back, we'll issue a refund to your account.
At the Coop, we stand behind our products, our service, and you, our customer. If for any reason you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will issue a refund.
Please note that personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are damaged.
