2022 Year End Holiday Shipping Information

Friday, December 16th This is the last RECOMMENDED order date for domestic ground shipping in the Contiguous U.S. for delivery by Thursday, Friday December 23rd. Ground delivery option is NOT guaranteed to arrive by 12/23.

Wednesday, December 21stThis is the last order date to ship 2-Day service for guaranteed delivery by Friday, December 23rd in the Contiguous U.S.

Thursday, December 22nd This is the last order date to ship Next Day service for guaranteed delivery by Friday, December 23rd in the Contiguous U.S.

*Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. EST for these dates to apply. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next BUSINESS DAY.

*We do not offer Saturday Delivery.

*Expedited shipping options are not available for Special Order items which ship directly from the vendor. Please refer to the product detail page for shipping and delivery information for all Special Order items.

*These times do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Saipan, American Samoa, and Military APOs and FPOs. We cannot provide any delivery estimates or guarantees for International shipments.

**Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. Next Day Air orders placed on Friday prior to 3 p.m. EST will be delivered the following Monday or next business day. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

These rates do not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, or Canada. Separate rates for these destinations will be determined and customers will be notified.

The COOP will attempt to send all items in a single package. However, Special Order Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be delivered separately. Items that are Special Order Items are noted as such on the product page. Special Order Items delivery timelines vary. Please see the product page for detailed timelines. Special Order Items cannot be expedited due to production time.

International Shipments

All International Shipments are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International unless otherwise directed. The cost of international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination. Note that certain items shipped directly from the vendor (drop shipments) may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you to approve these charges prior to processing your order.

Please note that once packages have reached the destination country, they will be transferred out of the USPS network and into the destination country's local postal service. Please track your order using your country's postal service or standard courier's tracking system to see more detailed tracking information and, if applicable, instructions on how to receive your package.

International orders may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These fees are always the recipient's responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. Please contact the applicable customs office for details.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. Overseas restrictions, customs delays and limited transportation are affecting delivery times. We thank you for your patience as we continue to put safety first.

Tracking your Shipment

You will receive by email a tracking number once your order has shipped. You may also log in and access your account, where you can view past and present orders, and view your tracking information. It is always the recipient's responsibility to track packages and, if applicable, follow any pickup or delivery instructions outlined in the tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Security Policy

While The COOP cannot guarantee the security of your internet transactions, we have designed the online order process so that it takes place in an environment of high security. All ordering information is protected by communicating through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the standard in internet security. If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, simply notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. The COOP will not be held responsible for fraudulent credit card use.
