CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATES!

With Commencement right around the corner, here are some frequently asked questions about Regalia pickup that will hopefully make getting ready as smooth as possible.

Where do I pick up Harvard University Regalia (not including Law or Business Schools)?

Regalia can be picked up at the Harvard Square COOP

May 19th-23rd- 8:00am-6:00pm.

May 26th-28th- 8:00am-6:00pm.

Thursday May 29th- 6:00am-2:00pm

The last day for returns is Friday, June 13.

HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL

The following will be the dates for pick up and drop off at Countway Library-Harvard Medical School classroom 102/103.

May 19th-23rd - 9:00am-6:00pm.

May 26th-29th- 8:00am-6:00pm.

Last day of drop off will be June 2nd at 5:00pm

Closed on Saturday and Sunday

HARVARD LAW SCHOOL

HLS Regalia pickup will be held in WCC 1023

10:00 am to 4:00 pm on May 22, 23, 27, and 28

Potential Additional pickup on 24 and 26 are TBD at this time.

Bring your HUID.

Law School Regalia refunds must first be coordinated with lawtextbooks@thecoop.com prior to Wednesday, May 21 and be accompanied by a receipt.

HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL

HUIDs are required for all HBS Regalia pickups.

 HBS Regalia pickup for anyone who made a web reservation or paid in-store

will be in the Klarman Atrium

Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28

Please see your Commencement Checklist for times.

 Returns must be checked in by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 30
