COOP Spring Student Showcase Overview & Submission Instructions
Overview:
Welcome to the inaugural COOP Spring Student Showcase! This initiative celebrates the diversity of talent across Harvard and MIT—from creative arts to innovative research and entrepreneurial projects. Our goal is to foster community, collaboration, and creativity through an exciting platform that brings together students from 12+ Harvard-MIT schools
Who Can Participate?
All Harvard and MIT students with original work in fields such as art, literature, research, technology, music, design, food and beverages, and more are invited to showcase (or sell) their projects.
Submission Period:
- Start: March 17th
- Deadline: April 13th
- Student showcase: May 3rd
How to Submit:
- Ensure your project meets one of the following categories:
- Student-authored books/poetry
- Artwork and photography
- Crafts, makerspace projects, or product designs
- Research projects
- Software or tech innovations
- Music or multimedia projects
- Food and drink creations
- Other: please submit your proposal in the submission form!

- Upload Your Work: Attach images, sketches, videos, or documents that best represent your project.
Indicate Sales Interest: Let us know if you’d like to offer your work for sale during the event.
Showcase Format:
- Live One-Day Event: Present your project in person at the COOP store in Harvard Square on the event day. Even if you might not be able to make the in-person event, you can still have your work on display during the showcase. Additionally, projects that captivate the audience may be considered for extended display at COOP or potential future collaborations.
- Showcase Day: May 3rd.
Prizes & Opportunities:
The project with the most audience votes will win a special COOP collaboration opportunity along with additional prizes. Further details will be announced as the event approaches.
